Neighborhood Impact Program
As Art Director at HomeServe, I led the development of a co-branded marketing program that transformed contractor job sites into high-visibility brand touchpoints. I created a scalable system of collateral—including yard signs, door hangers, and magnets—designed to drive passive, curiosity-led engagement and local awareness.
The strategy leveraged QR-driven calls to action and co-branding with network contractors to build trust, increase visibility, and drive qualified traffic without relying on overt sales tactics. Following a successful pilot, the program scaled into a made-to-order collateral marketplace now adopted by over 150 contractors, strengthening both customer engagement and partner relationships.
