South Jersey/HomeServe Brand Transition
As Art Director at HomeServe, I led the rebranding of South Jersey Energy Services Plus to HomeServe of South Jersey, developing the selected campaign concept and managing its full-scale rollout across all customer touchpoints. I directed a cohesive, multi-channel awareness campaign spanning direct mail, email, digital display, outdoor advertising, technician leave-behinds, vehicle wraps, uniforms, and more—ensuring a seamless brand transition and strong regional presence. While the initiative was designed to drive awareness rather than direct response, it exceeded expectations: direct mail alone generated 54 plan enrollments plus additional installation and service revenue, and digital display delivered over 800K impressions with a click-through rate more than double the national average for the category.
